Executive Chef ~ Andrew Dickinson

chef-andrewChef Andrew Dickinson’s experience as two time winning Vancouver Island Chef of the Year, and member of Team BC has raised the bar for this long time seafood spot even higher.  Born and raised in Victoria, Chef Dickinson has been in the kitchen since he was 13 years old, apprenticing in Victoria before working his hand in kitchens through Bermuda and England.  Since his return to his hometown, he has opened and expanded some of Victoria’s best known restaurants (including Hugo’s Bar & Grill and Fire & Water Fish & Chop House) before landing at The Blue Crab.
